13.28 Rev up your engines! Do this now!
January first deadlines are fast approaching! You've barely made it through the papers and tests for the end of the semester at school, and perhaps the sting of a ding from your ED school. How did it come to this?
You need to rev up your energy for the applications ahead. What can you do--right now--to boost your enthousiasm and spruce up your college apps?

They are gearing up for some last-minute efforts to increase applications--preferably well-informed, well-written applications that make it clear that you've done your homework and learned a lot about all the great things their individual colleges have to offer. They'd also like to know that you are excited about coming!
"But Dr. Corcoran," you say. "How can I find out all that in the few days left before applications are due? I don't know where to start and I am dead tired!"
