13.20 SAT and Common App deadlines!
This is your last chance! Do not mess this up!
If you're planning to take the SAT on August 27, 2002, you must register by July 29!
If you have been using the My Colleges section of the Common Application to test out or store your drafts, make sure you have a copy on your hard drive, because the My Colleges data will be deleted after July 27!
Athena Advises
The Common App is scheduled to refresh on August first. Your data will roll over to the coming application year, EXCEPT for data you have entered in the My Colleges section. Invitations to counselors, teachers and other recommenders are also deleted.
The Common App data remains, because those questions were confirmed months ago.
The data for particular colleges is deleted. That helps make sure that you answer the right questions for the upcoming application cycle.
Heads up: not every college will post its new prompts exactly on August first. Some were updated long ago and some will appear over the coming weeks. Check each college's own website to make sure that the prompts on the Common App website are the correct prompts for the 2022-23 cycle!
Here are those dates again:
July 27, 2022: "After July 27, responses to questions in your My Colleges tab will be deleted."
July 29, 2022: Deadline for domestic and international registration for the SAT that will take place on August 27, 2022
